Every business wants to grow and make more profit, that’s why you’re here reading this. There aren’t many things I can think of that are more frustrating than working hard and not getting the money you deserve for it (except for people who get to the front of the line and then start deciding what they want to order grrrr). Through my years of working with businesses from about $500k - $15m in turnover, there are some things that come up over and over again. Things that all businesses have in common and need to get on top of to get the cash flowing into the bank. The good news for you is that I love writing things down, and hate repeating myself - so I made a checklist. This is that list. Follow the actions on this cheatsheet and grow your profit and bank more cash, fast. Yup, you heard me right. I didn’t say work harder, longer, change the model of your business, spend $40k on TikTok influencers etc etc. Just do these simple things regularly. Tick them off as you go. Watch the bank account grow. This is one of the first things I make sure is ticked off when I start working with a new business owner. To make it easier and more actionable, I’ve condensed it into a practical checklist that you can run in 1-Hour or less. To make it even easier, the checklist is sorted into 4 categories so that you can: Get your offer primed for profit Engage your customers deeply Make the most of your time and team Master your money Once you nail this and have regular profit coming in like clockwork, you get to decide how you want to run your business and life. Enough chat, let’s get stuck in. First is a quick run through of the mistakes that hold you back and a brief description of what you need to do instead. Then comes the checklist so you can have a quick reference guide. I’ve kept this really short and sweet so that you can fly through it.
